Great playground for different ages, kids loved the pond. Lots of geese. Landscaping is kept up, plenty of shade and sun depending which you prefer it accommodates both. Also some easy trails not stroller friendly so make sure if you have little ones they can walk the trail or bring a carrier. There is a sidewalk that runs around the whole pond though for those with strollers who would like to get in a little exercise. Overall a great time :)
Great trails but there are quite a few so you have to pay attention or put on your GPS and mark where you parked. Your short walk could turn into a very long hike. The main trails are marked and then there are paths that go off on there own. We saw lots of wildlife, my daughter loved the pond and the ducks. The bridge was beautiful with all those arches. Made for a nice cool and relaxing walk through the woods with just enough adventure for the little one. Would love to go back without the younger ones and explore more of the mountain.
