Drivers need training. I have had so much trouble with lost deliveries, last one was left outside on a fire exit at the back of building. I was alerted to this fact by the building manager, I took a photo of it in situ. I waited in all afternoon on Saturday waiting and just to find the driver had reported it handed to resident. I had no idea where it was until we found it on Monday. This is not the first time and regretfully I have cancelled my prime membership and will have to go elsewhere
So with respect, a very bad service and there was no way I could speak to a human being at Amazon to put this right
