Loved it! I’ve been away from yoga for years. Something that I knew I wanted to change. Finding Sedona House is great. I had my first class today and found it to be a wonderful re-entry. The instructor was welcoming and she led a fantastic class that was attuned to where each of the students were. I look forward to making yoga, and Sedona House a regular part of my life.
