Complaint about Delayed and Incomplete Order at KFC

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at one of your branches. On 2024/01/02, I placed an order for 2 Wrap Compo meals, and unfortunately, I encountered significant delays.
Not only was the order delayed, but upon receiving it, I discovered that the items were incomplete. The lack of attention from the staff and their apparent indifference to the situation added to my dissatisfaction.
I believe in the quality of service that KFC is known for, and this experience falls short of those expectations. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate measures to ensure such incidents are avoided in the future.
