If I could give negative stars I would. I’ve never felt more taken advantage of in my life in terms of a purchase i unfortunately need to SURVIVE. We stressed multiple times over the phone that if there was a payment plan…we need that. We can’t afford almost $1000 for oil unfortunately and I’m not sure who even can right now. Whoever we spoke to, I believe Kaitlin/kaitlyn, assured us that YES- there is a payment plan! This payment plan would start in may and span over 10 months, which would be perfect. Obviously it was too good to be true because come to find…there’s an almost $1000 charge on my credit card!!! That I can’t pay!!! We called today to figure out what was going on and get this rectified and we were told there IS NO PAYMENT PLAN. There’s a budget plan- but it’s not what we were promised! Obviously we were lied to just so there could be another sale made- which is incredibly disgusting. Completely sick to lie to people who openly expressed and confided in someone that hearing their house is something they can’t afford! May this place get everything they deserve and then some, so mote it be.
