This is the absolute worst place ever for a message! My worst experience and the hotel till this day has not taken any responsibility for the extremely horrible service!!! Not to mention the service cost $400+. Omni hotel says its a 3rd party that provided the service they only let them use their facilities. But Omni does not have this disclaimer in the brochure. Top it all off the front desk manager Jonathan keeps giving me the run around in stead of trying to it make right. Yes, OMNI PLAZA HOTEL, I really expected more from you. At least stand behind your brand.
