We had been renting an apartment in Downtown Dubai managed by Hashtag for 1 month. The company and its employees made positive impression. Thanks to Irina and Shafic they helped by viewing and handover process.The rent was arranged quickly and in suitable time. He showed the apartment, all the facilities (pool, gym, parking place, etc.) explained everything in details and patiently answered for all questions. Check-in process went smoothly. He also was in contact and rapidly solved some maintenance issues that we had. The apartment itself was small, but comfortable. There were all necessary house appliances, kitchenware, and furniture.
