There is a concrete court for Zumba classes at 530pm on Wednesdays, I believe.
Big field for you to play pick-up football games. Barely damp field after rain - good drainage.
Nice grass.
Clean Bathroom for both men and women.
Bring a towel if it just rained to wipe down wet slides on the playground.
Grass is green year-round.

Small but good toddler playground. Love the bouncing rubber turf. There's an awesome indoor soccer arena here as well. The grass field here is pretty nice. Watch for holes dug by dogs / animals in the grass.
