Been coming since late 2018/2019. Always loved this park despite the distance and entry price. But there have been several occasions since 2019 where it’s not been communicated that the park is shut to private guests or parties. So you drive 45 mins to get there to be turned away. Not a one off, happened many times and I’ve been asking for years to just put a simple message up on social stories to say it’s closed to private events etc. was met with being told to reserve a booking which I’ve not been told to do since coming. Requirement of a reservation was not on their Instagram page until today AFTER I complained that none of that info is there on their social. The second time I’ve complained to the owner since last year. Really a shame as this somewhere I’ve been coming for a long time, even spending extra when we go, but the customer service has been terrible to the point where today I just asked to close the account.
Updating to reply to the response from the owner: no where mentioned reservations being made, and I’ve never been asked to until today so obviously incredibly frustrating to get all the way there as a loyal customer and have this feedback. Really unacceptable, and the fact that I’ve been asking for ages for a simple post to stories to let people know. It’s just basics.
