Drove 3 1/2 hours from Ohio to visit this place and all I can say is my 4 year old LOVED IT! It is inside of the mall so it may a bit off putting at first but the actual play place is HUGE. If I was a kid I'd be in playground heaven. The reviews that say there are no staff is false there is always someone watching cameras and will announce on speaker the issue that's taking place. It is a crazy place you have kids ranging from 2-7 playing here. My best advice is to let your kid run free but keep a close eye on them as any parent should. Recommend to any family of young kids
