My family called ahead for an order to be picked up the next day, the lady on the phone was very assuring that it will be ready and I didn’t have to put my credit card down ahead of time, when we got there today the old hag at the register , got defensive and extremely rude because our order was not ready, she kept telling us it wasn’t her problem the stuff wasn’t ready and that we were no longer allowed to purchase anything. Why would a place take orders ahead if they are not going to be responsible and keep their end of the order? Why would one employee say one thing over the phone but the other employees will rudely say to a costumer face it’s their problem? My family and I have been going here for over 10 years and the past couple of times we have gone, all the employees are rude and clearly don’t want to be there.
