Great store they have so many items to choose from milk's cheaper than Walmart eggs are about the same or just a little bit cheaper than Walmart better meat selection than Walmart better hamburger selection better sausage selection a better bakery that has sugar-free baked goods since I'm type 2 diabetic and I have to stay away from sugar that is fantastic The prices are better than Walmart you just have to shop and choose wisely I didn't see any self checkouts I think all the checkouts are staffed milk is cheaper than Walmart I'm staying with Ingles market anywhere I go I enjoyed this store in Seneca

This place is very interesting and has a lot of interesting history of the local area and a very large collection of military history from WW1 WW2 Korea war Vietnam and a lot of interesting military and historical item's for veterans the coast is 9.00 dollars
