Cons:
- Parking is limited; the unpaved lot makes your car exterior dirty. It is hard to find parking at night.
- The laundry rooms can be rough. I saw small roaches in the K bldg laundry room multiple times.
- I had roaches and mice in my apartment. Property management did a poor job of addressing the pest issue. I spoke to neighbors in the J building who also had mice and roach issues.
Pros:
- There is a nice park across the street. The surrounding neighborhood is nice to walk in. It's suitable for people with pets.
- The external property is well-maintained.
- The maintenance staff are professional and respond quickly to issues.

I lived in unit J203. The apartment was large, and the windows bordered Hamilton Street, so I had good light and a nice view of the park. I had to move because of mice and GIANT roaches. My apartment was large and had lots of closet space; however, the pest issues made me move.
If you decide to check it out, talk to the neighbors in the building of interest and look at the laundry room.
