A very long wait for replies if by email requesting information but more helpful over the phone. Still waiting for my reply by email. Has of yet still not had any positive response from my enquiring about a book that's only available in Bradford. in modern times with technology I really can't understand why just buying a available book has to take a long process.
I'm still hopeful to get the one only remaining copy left in stock but won't be holding my breath either for it..
Room for improvement here..
