Overall fine. Staff where willing to help me find everything I was looking for.

Good selection of clothing. With reasonable prices.

Had a few coats etc I’m guessing normally catered towards those who are visiting the area.

Only issue I had was the cashier didn’t understand the Simon malls coupon. Cause it said 20% off 150 or more OR 10% off the entire purchase they didn’t understand that the 10% was applicable even if you didn’t spend $150. That took way longer than it should to help them understand. Probably something this store should train for.

UPDATE:

Booked via kidpass and was unable to attend due to my child falling ill. Staff where unhelpful stating that they “don’t take anything to do with kidpass” which is utter nonsense and kidpass didn’t do anything as the cancellation period is 24hrs in advance. A number which is set by the provider! In this case funzy play.

Also, where unwilling to let me come another day to make up the session I paid for! Will not be back ever again after this horrible experience.

Very cute area perfect for cold rainy weather.

Lots of space with stroller parking, coats and shoes. Remember socks though.

Nice climbing area with a couple of slides and ball pit.
