Dr Eckstein has taken care of our dog Jeter since 2013 when he was a puppy. Her care and genuine love for our baby has been comforting to us over the years as we know she is always looking out for him as if he were her own. She always takes time to be with him and interact when he is at the office, and he has always been so comfortable and happy when he sees her. As well, she gives us her dedicated attention talking with us, to make sure we understand his needs and options for care, no matter how long it takes. She will research ideas for pet needs to best fit our family's lifestyle, and is willing to share her own personal perspectives from an experienced and practical standpoint. She has called us after hours on several occasions to check up on our dog or answer questions for us.

We are grateful to Dr Eckstein for her love of our dear Jeter, just as if he were part of her family. She has taken such good care of him and we trust her completely for his care and well-being. Her practice is well-run, efficient and accommodating. The staff is friendly, attentive and always capable of responding to our requests. It feels cohesive, warm, and happy at Rancho Viejo Animal Hospital. It has been a blessing to know they are always there to help us in any way that they can.
