Absolutely AMAZING customer service! I happened by their shop several years back in search of an odd-ball bulb to match some lightning in an RV and I they were able to help me out. We are currently remodeling our kitchen and had some led tape and a driver sitting around, so I figured I’d add some under cabinet lights. I needed a few connectors, so I ran by Del-Lighting to see what they had. I was super impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable they were. They truly went above and beyond helping me, even though all I went in there for were a few $2 connectors. Rachael spent nearly an hour talking me through how to install lights that I didn’t even purchase from them, sharing tips and tricks that saved me a ton of time. In the end, I realized that the driver I had was too small, the lights I had wouldn’t have been bright enough, and I wanted to do the above cabinets as well. Del-Lighting was able to set me up with the drivers, dimmers, led tap, track, clips, connectors, and everything else I needed for less than a 1/3 of what I thought it would be. I am so happy I walked in there in search for those clips because it saved me from going through all the work of installing something I wouldn’t have been happy with, and then having to tear it all out. I ended up being a few connectors short, (because I decided to change a few things in the layout) and Rachel was super helpful, working around my work schedule to help make sure I was able to get them before the weekend! I’m sorry this review is so long, but I really can’t say enough about this company. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of lighting!!!
