Universal is absolutely incredible and I am so happy that I chose this venue for my bridal shower!! We first met with Michael who made us feel so comfortable and went through every detail with us. He is so kind and personable and made the decision to book with Universal an easy one!! Francesco was also amazing. He is so friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help and accommodate! My coordinator was Karen and she is absolutely phenomenal. She went above and beyond for me and made sure everything was executed perfectly! She is so kind, professional, helpful, and always on the ball. Whenever I had a question or had to change something, she was always there to answer and accommodate. On the day of, she helped set up all the décor and details and stayed throughout to make sure everything ran smoothly. She truly cares about making your event beautiful!! Lastly, the food was absolutely delicious!! So many guests complimented on how amazing the food was! I would definitely recommend booking Universal for your next event – you are in great hands.
