Had to stay in Philly for work and lived at Lofts 640 for about a year. The leasing agent was great, the front desk staff were helpful, and the maintenance responded pretty quickly. Building's not bad although it could use some renovations, especially the parking garage. One takeaway was that my unit was infested with roaches, even pest control couldn't do much but just set traps around in the unit.
