We went to the far right side of the bar which was a bit chilled. No entrance fee. The place is old, you can see it from the seat cushion and wooden wall but interiors has a cool vibe. Service is okay. Wish that there can be more food choices aside from pizzas which was “okay”. But you can bring outside food with no extra fee. Toilets are on the 3rd floor via stairs

Came to visit this branch recently to find a replacement TV for our house. I was initially impressed with the sales personnel who was assisting us with our TV preference given the limitations in our house. When we were already decided about getting the unit unfortunately the personnel said that it was not available after checking their stocks and needs to be ordered. He was a bit positive that if this was ordered that day it can arrive in the next few days. I specifically asked him if there are also no available stocks in the other branches nearby and he said yes.

We visited a nearby branch and guess what the same unit was available there. The sales personnel here gave a much more detailed specs presentation of the product that reaffirmed my decision of getting the unit. According to the personnel the previous branch we visited has no specific sales representative from the brand we chose.

I don’t know if it was a marketing/sales strategy/competition that these branches are having but this should not be the case. They should be helping their customers from saving them the hassle from going to one branch to another if they can just call them in the first place.

A good place just to sit down and relax and enjoy the view of The London Eye and River Thames. An iconic place as well to get a great shot with The London Eye as well. Got to visit during sundown and the sky added a great ambience to take pictures around the area. The place can get a little too crowded at times.
