I like Zooplus products and I used it in two countries so far. But, for the love of God!, please change your parcel delivery provider and don't use Paack! They have a terrible service and they destroy your reputation too! Next time I will not order from Zooplus unfortunately, because Paack is very unreliable. All the best!
