Avoid living here, even if the price seems good. The building is old and not kept well. There is a bug problem, where despite efforts to spray or have bug service, the building fundamentally attracted bugs throughout my stay. You should avoid the 5th floor at all costs because there is a unit on the 6th floor that is very noisy and bangs on the walls that management does nothing about. Generally, Management is at best unresponsive and at worst uncaring to the problems at Parkwest, including bugs, smoking, and noisy/disruptive neighbors.
