Stay away, this is scam.

We arrived late, because our flight was late. So, no way of calling them. We proceeded right from receiving our luggage to the counter.
They told us that because we're too late, there's no car of the booked class left and that money is gone. But we got the option to get a car in a higher class - for full new payment, loss of the money, paid for the first car and having to give a security payment of 20.000!! pesos.
We went to Hertz and they told us that this is normal with MEX Rent a Car.

Sehr sehr leckeres Essen, tolle Athmosphäre, Service kann nicht ganz mithalten. Absolut empfehlenswert, die vier Sterne beziehen sich auf londoner Level, in Deutschland würde ich ohne Zögern 5 Sterne geben.
