My husband bought home flowers today from Bloomingdales that cost him £50 for our wedding anniversary. When I saw all of the beautiful pictures from this florist online and the wonderful reviews, it's made me so sad that my experience has been the opposite and doesnt really even look like they have come from a florist.

We recently booked into the Bulls Head at Meriden for their festive 3 course menu.
The menu had a good variety of choice per course and the prices were really reasonable.
I've always found this pub lovely and clean with well presented decor.
The restaurant staff were polite and courteous.
Food was brought out hot and in a timely manner, we thoroughly enjoyed our meals.
Drinks over the evening were slightly expensive, this is however unfortunately the same in most pubs these day and we expected this. The phrase "Oh well it's Christmas" was quite the justification.
It was an all round great experience and would love to book ourselves for the festive menu again next year.
