I was so excited to hear that Taco Villa was coming back. It was my favorite taco place when it was located in Waite Park. The chili was AMAZING back then. I ordered the chili and a chicken burrito. The chili was NOTHING like it used to be. greasy and no taste. The burrito was chicken wrapped in a tortilla shell. No beans, lettuce, sour cream, extra sauce, nothing - and it cost over $5!!!. Disappointed in the new location.
