Unfortunately the customer service was not great. My husband and I are both vegans and had notified the restaurant prior to our booking.
We had the vegetarian afternoon tea which as the majority of the optione were vegan.
When the afternoon tea arrived, the waiter served us the standard menu which had salmon and prawns and had to take the items away as we noticed straight away.
We asked at the front of the store when entering to substitute any of the non vegan items when we arrived however we were given items that were not vegan and the staff were not aware of the differences or what was vegan or not.
We were supposed to have a variety of desserts but just received the sorbet, when asked we were informed that they had ran out of macaroons and the vegan tort even though we had booked two weeks before.
Overall very dissatisfied and definitely not recommended for vegans.
