I don‘t know too many Zoos, but Zoo Zürich must be among the best. The management is doing a great job and is constantly upgrading ans enlarging the site thanks to successful fundraising campaigns. I believe they are doing a great job in providing a surrounding for the animals that is as natural as possible. Of course, the latter is more true for the never facilities than for the older ones.

Nice family-run restaurant that seems very popular with locals and tourists alike. Good value for money and very friendly service. The wine selection is rather small, but the Calabretta we had was quite good. Would come back here any day. Book ahead if you can.

Sehr beeindruckendes Museum mit einigen fantastischen Werken u.a. von Hieronymus Bosch, Pieter Brugel, Peter Paul Rubens oder Jacques-Louis David. Hier kann man gut und gerne 2-3 Stunden verbringen. Der Anteil sakraler Kunst ist allerdings etwas hoch. Eintrittspreis mit 10 Euro regulär äusserst fair. Das direkt verbundene Margritte Museum kostet 5 Euro extra. Es wird bis Ende September 2023 allerdings renoviert, weshalb die Bilder aktuell in einer temporären Ausstellung zu bewundern sind.
