I'm never disappointed whenever I come here to dine in for lunch or dinner. I just wanted to share my recent experience that I had here at this specific Scaddabush location in Mississauga on 03/16/2024. I dined in for lunch with 2 of my other friends. We tried their '3-cheese truffle charity bread' and it was absolutely delicious. It was somewhat busy but service was reasonably quick and decent.

As I was waiting for my order (chicken & gnocchi), one of the female managers' with tattoos and glasses approached me and apologized after telling me that my order did not turn out they way she hoped it had. I was not expecting for her genuine concern and truthfully, I wasn't complaining and didn't have an issue if my order didn't look appetizing (food is going to go down the same way regardless).

I forgot her name but the female manager was an absolute angel and gem! She went above and beyond despite that what I thought was minor was extremely important for her to try and 'fix.' She offered me their complimentary 'Italian garden greens' salad while I waited for my main (it was super refreshing, zesty and tasty). When I did get my main dish, it was definitely worth waiting for. The gnocchi was a tad bit salty for my liking but everything else was perfect! Thank you again to the wonderful manager who made sure my friends and I had a quality dine in experience!
