I booked Wine Tasting Sail tour as a part of my best friend's 50th birthday celebration and it was unforgettable!
First, the crew were AMAZING, all of them! We may not remember all their names, but each one of them was great! Ben and Gabby (sp?) were great hosts and made sure our cups are never empty. A BIG thank you to all of you, you were awesome!
Now I did read a lot of reviews before booking this tour and here's my humble opinion:
If you expect a gourmet tasting with a sommelier on board, don't book this tour. It is all about the experience sailing on an historic, 1929 vessel while sipping wine and taking some great pictures. It is all about the company and good mood that you will bring with you. And for the love of booze leave your toddlers at home or book a (much cheaper) sailing experience that doesn't involve alcohol.
