They are the worst, people who hate their job and that is why they treat people who are going to ask for help badly. They don't seem to be trained correctly because I have tried to apply for child care help, and they all give me a different information and forms and tell me something different. I had miss 5 days of work and I still not able to apply for the last 2 months. This is supposed to be people that care about helping others . I’m in customer service and I will never treat people like they do.
