Over salted greasy food.
Last meal with our daughter before she starts nearby University, as you can imagine it was a fairly emotional night.
We were seated in the bar and ordered 2 portions of fish and chips and a plain pizza, nothing complicated, or so you would of thought.
Service was very slow, looked as though there was only a young lad on duty.
Food arrived fairly quickly, the fish was extremely greasy and the batter was soggy and it was so so salty, the chips were almost at the point of being burnt, and the pizza was swimming in grease, daughter could only eat 2 slices of it. The young lad serving was very busy as we couldn’t get his attention, the hotel restaurant manager just ignored us and walked passed several times. Rather than make a fuss my daughter just wanted to leave.

If your after informal, decent, well cooked food, go elsewhere.
