Positives:
1) sockets available for charging gadgets;
2) lots of available seats;
3) Clean place.

Huge place to discover! Each time I go here I always get lost. Just the underground level already gives you enough options for food...but try going up to the 9th and 10th floor and there's even more food variations!

It was true, it is no longer required, but better do their "Visit Japan Web" before flying in.... I wished I did and just show QR codes for scanning...instead of the old way of writing down your details for the Immigration and Customs... could save time...

The free Airport WiFi is good and reliable....

If you're taking the metro subway, take the free shuttle bus (operating until 12MN) to Domestic Airport for about 5mins... don't try to walk! It's a highway and pretty far to walk.

Everyone is friendly and ready to help.

Don't leave the airport as soon as you're done. Explore other floors as well! You could hang around the 4th floor to eat and pass time....

Food and ambience were decent… just the service was terrible…or maybe I didn’t wear something nice that day… Got terrible condescending looks from the server throughout my whole dining experience.

You have ask for water and condiments…which I think are pretty basic to serve without being asked to…

Would give -1 star for service if possible.
