I only wish this was still the official boundry because it would be really neat if one could walk around the DMV multiple times in a matter of seconds. The only way to do that now is with a perfectly positioned boat.
While they do not function as the modern day boundry markers they are still a wonderful part of D.C.'s past.
A really nice connecting trail that exhibits some wonderful plant and animal life.
Half of these reviews were written as a reaction to a certain policy signed by a certain former president and if I had to guess I don't think any of these one-star reviewers have had any direct experience/relations with the National Civic Art Society (at least during the time of my writing this review). In contrast, I have attended numerous events hosted by this organization and all were top-notch. The guest speakers are almost always thought-provoking and the venues are excellent. I also find the mission to be quite admirable. All in all, I give a full 5 stars to the "most boring, commonplace, and kitschy style of architecture imaginable" (A. I.).
