A quiet place, nice environment and friendly staff. Food was decent, they cooked my eggs on the Benedict perfectly (soft poached), the chicken was a little drier than I would have liked and was not a fan of using rye bread as the base, felt like it didn't match.
The hollandaise and eggs were done great, drinks were good too. Overall I would come back here.

The dipping noodle (tonkotsu chashu jiro tsukemen), is one of their specialities there so we ordered it, but it was only sub-par. I would stay away from the Donburi, that's not something I would order again.
Back to the dipping noodle, once you eat near the end, you can request for them to give you a hot stone (where they place it into the soup, and it keeps the soup warm). I would order that stone earlier than later. The broth was OK, a bit vinegar-ish for my taste.
Service was excellent, everyone is friendly, and the vibe is nice. Just don't expect the food to be at the same level. Or maybe I tried the wrong things.
Oh yes, the beer, comes in a mini pint cup -- which was a let down.

Noodles were great. Freshly made, you can see the chef spreading it, cutting it, and then cooking it. Everything was made fresh, and the flavour was great. Would come back. I saw the people next to us order the wings, they look crazy good. Plan on coming back to try more. I can see why this place has a crazy line up at lunch time. They care.
In the photo, we ordered the Tingy & Spicy Cumin Beef (DRY).

Had the Hot Brasa Chicken, Chifa Short Rib Bowl, and Avacado Toast - so good. Love the fact they asked if I want to put the dressing on the side, and also gave me tips on best to mix it (jab VS toss). Added some extra roasted corn nuts... Those were so good... And they got these interesting facts about Peru on their bowls. Nice touch -- the Chifa Bowl is a must try.
