Situated in Renaissance Hotel, the view is stunning over looking the harbour. It is best to request for the table next to the window in advance. Atmosphere is a definite 5.
The food sets a great example for a dim sum restaurant. We love the service here. My tea cup was never empty, and the staffs are very attentive.
The crispy pork (suckling pork) is excellent — crispy on the skin and not oily. The tofu skin is delicious.
With all that said, the food is 3.5 because the basic dim sum could have been better. The thicker flour of the har bow and smaller shrimp were disappointing. Bo Lou Bao (Pineapple bun) was mediocre at best. Xiao long bao had this thick soup spoon making it difficult to eat. I somewhat expected more from places like this.
