Michelin star price and worse than dai pai dong taste. I regretted this meal very much.

Half of the menu is listed at market price, sign of a tourist trap? The dishes with price listed are well above market price. Another sign is that the place is half empty and there are hardly any local patrons.

I seriously considered walking out and I should've trusted my guy instinct. But I thought I'll give it a try. Maybe the execution will blow my mind. Blew my mind it did for how bad it is.

Two simple dishes. Jellyfish appetizer, Braised Pork with Preserved Vegetables. Jellyfish were not fresh and have lost the crunch in texture. Just sad, flat, and floppy. Braised Pork with Preserved Vegetables is usually a safe dish. How can you screw up braised pork belly! Normally, the preserved vegetable has a strong natural flavor and is seasoned on the sweet side. Braised pork should melt in your mouth. In this overpriced version, the meat is dry and the taste is bland. Will not visit again.
