Oh my goodness. My CVS has been out of my medication for about 5 weeks and they did a search and saw the Waldon Drive had it in stock. They said to call them and so I did. I've NEVER had a pharmacist be so rude over the phone. After explaining my situation to her, she coped the rudest attitude and said that if she has it, she's keeping it "in case her patients need it." I understand when a medication is hard to get, but don't talk down to a patient, and yes a patient of her company.
Everyone has bad days, but as a medical professional you shouldn't be a rude witch to someone who is just trying to find their medication. I was very respectful when asking, and then since they didn't have it, I wanted to check if they had a RSV vaccine and she said call your own pharmacy and hung up. CVS is my pharmacy. I NEVER ever had such a mean and rude attitude thrown at me just for asking a question. She needs to learn how to be a descent human being or find herself a job that is away from people.
