My first time here but the teriyaki bowl list legit, a little hot, but I like that. Nice place and the other food I've seen looks good. And they have Heineken, and that makes me happy.
Revised. Met the owner. Cool guy. This place is great. Great to watch a game. Or just hang. Check it out.

Not happy. I live in an apartment overlooking Whitey Ford Field. My wife and I were very happy to move here from the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The first night here there was a party in the park that went until 4 am with loud music, fireworks, etc. Also, the flood lights on the ball field were on the entire night. Of note, there are eight poles each standing 80 feet tall. Then on each individual pole there are eight separate flood lights. That's a total of 64 flood lights glaring into my apartment every night ALL night long.
We asked about it and were told that the lights are supposed to be turned off at 11PM. They had petitioned the parks department and were able to "work that out". Even worse, when I asked why we had not been told about the lights and parties I was told, "we don't have to divulge that information to you". OK, well where I am from that is considered a lie. They also told us they were unable to do anything about the lights and we ourselves would need to call the NYC Parks Dept. According to the NYC Parks website, the lights are supposed to turn off at 9pm. We have made numerous calls to the Parks Dept and no one calls back.
The building itself is very nice but my apartment is lit up all night long every night and I have with music from block parties every weekend pouring in as well.
Bottom line is Durst and their employees willfully lied to us / withheld information that would allow us to make an informed decision about whether we would be happy with the apartment - and the rent isn't cheap We have raised the issue a number of times. No resolution.
My advice is don't move here. I am just waiting to learn the other things the Durst corporation has withheld from us or outright lied about. Take your money somewhere else.
