puuul is located in the rear house in Josefstadt. Once you made your way through the backyard parking lot, the green entrance of the two-story space awaits. While its basement is mainly used for exhibitions, the upper floor contains the artist studio of Hannah Stippl who runs puuul. The space presents six shows per year, focusing on solo exhibitions in order to grant artists the space to present their works in more depth. For openings and performance events, the neighbors are even willing to clear the parking lot, enabling puuul to be a hidden art oasis in the 8th district.

ENTRE is run by a two people team - while artist Marilyn curates the shows, physicist Scott is responsible for the “technical stuff”. Stemming from the USA, Marilyn’s curation originally focused on cultural and interpersonal exchange with artists in Cuba. While the range of topics she exhibits has expanded since all the shows taking place in ENTRE pick up the theme of human rights along with the factors that limit how they can be discussed.

Burggasse21 is a studio and exhibition space for bright and trendy contemporary art often using elements of street culture such as skateboards and graffiti.
