Great beer garden with ample seating on the river. I recommend the JW beer started in the 1300s. The food was fine but drinks more notable—I’d stick with the schnitzel and skip the meatloaf. Pretzels were stale.

Fantastic meal! A warm candlestick invites you a traditional German meal with a modern touch. The beer was great and service was quick and friendly. A wonderful spot to have an intimate dinner, chat, and take in all that Berlin has to offer.

Unacceptable Equinox experience. There were no benches, aging equipment and no towels to be found for more than a half hour. The front desk staff did not seem to care, considering many others in the locker room were complaining. The brand has gone downhill in recent years, clearly cutting corners to cut costs and of course raise prices. Will be considering cancelling until issues are resolved and implore others to think about the same. The beauty of NYC is that there is always another, often better, alternative to most things.
