Wow. I’m a yoga & weights girlie but man oh man was this a breath of fresh air! I was challenged in all the right ways and the instructor, Arona, was INCREDIBLE (from a first time barre student). She explained everything super clearly & gave so much encouragement. I’ll def be back with my friend who invited me in the first place. And big shout out to Alli who helped me get booked! The staff is stellar 🌟
