Sano Reflexology is a true find tucked away in the commercial area near Taman Puring. The place itself is clean and comfortable, their service is impeccable, with professional therapists providing just the right amount of pressure to leave you feeling rejuvenated. They also provide complimentary drink, the wedang jahe is homemade and tastes very nice.
A must-visit for anyone in need of relaxation and relief. Highly recommended!

This was my first time dining at Hanamasa in years, and it used to be a popular shabu restaurant that my family loved to visit. Unfortunately, this experience didn't meet my expectations as an all-you-can-eat enthusiast. The prices were high compared to what we received, including non-refillable drinks, fell short.

The food selection was diverse, but mostly comprised processed foods. I was particularly disappointed to notice a fly at the dessert station, and the staff seemed indifferent. Service needs improvement; with a seemingly understaffed team, addressing requests took longer despite the restaurant not being very crowded during my visit. Every time I asked their help, they seemed unhappy (not even smile!)

Important suggestion: Please install exhaust fans, as your grill menu leads to a strong, unpleasant odor. Many visitors were coughing due to the intense smell, and the ventilation was poor.

I hope these aspects can be improved.
