Prior to purchasing a house with a pool I had zero knowledge of how to take care of one, what to be concerned about, what to avoid, etc. Twice now I have had same day repairs for extremely reasonable amount. The first time he came to my home and not only patched my pool, but taught me how to look for leaks and how to patch them. The second time, which was today, I had a piece of the plumbing break (they didn’t install the plumbing) and I went to Challenger, who sent me to Green’s, who sent me to “a pool store”. I carried the piece that had broken off in and they were instructing me to go to Green’s. When I explained they had sent me there, he went to his truck and got the piece I needed to be sure it fit and said I’ll come fix it today for you, which he did. It would have taken me hours to find all the stuff and actually figure out how to put it together. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated this! Multiple times I have walked into the store looking like a deer in headlights and they always get me the products and information I need. They have always been extremely friendly and knowledgeable about any questions I have asked. As an unknowledgeable pool owner, I am extremely grateful for their knowledge and service.
