I brought my kids here for the “Make Break” and regretted it. I live centrally and so I could really pick any store to go to. Our last visit was to Douglasville, and this time here. My understanding is that registrants can drop in anytime between 2-4p. We arrived around 3:30p. I walked in and asked where the classroom was, I was told that the class was over and they were cleaning up because the person “teaching” had to leave early.
I asked for a manager and “Zina” and she said we could “still do it” and to just purchase the eggs. She said they started cleaning up because there was no one. After purchasing three eggs I see Zina bringing chairs down and just 2 tubs of craft supplies smack dab in the front of the store. I asked why it wasn’t in the class and she said the “instructions said to do it in front of the store.” Of course there was no teacher so we were undercut for the actual “class.” It also appeared awkward and we could’ve easily had the “class at home.” This was very ghetto and thrown together. Poorly executed and poorly explained. Zina and the other worked had contradicting stories and I didn’t appreciate the way this was handled.
