Dear God i called here one year ago and it was very poorly run and today it was just as bad. One member of staff on the ball and the others just going through the motions. Is there nobody to train these people to be assertive and happy and if they learn this their shift will take on a whole new meaning. 🤔 What appears on that screen they have to constantly look at is beyond me.
