Do Not Fly Malaysian Airlines.
When paying for extra luggage I received a receipt confirming payment for 2 extra luggage's. Yet when I arrive at the airport they charge me additional fees indicating I paid for only 5KG. even though the receipt clearly states per luggage. No where on the site when paying does it indicates that it's a per KG rate. This was on a flight from Phuket to Kuala Lumpur. I bring this to their attention over a month ago, and they tell me I need to talk to my booking agent. The complaint has nothing to do with the booking agent and I followed up and it's been a month and still no response. I understand the language may be somewhat of a barrier but I did send a copy of the my receipt email to them. Essentially being charged $400+ for 2 golf bags one way.
