Great location, but only has about half of the retail spaces actually occupied by shops!? The entire lower level/half is basically empty...
I get that retail companies are trying to "scale back" on stores due to more people online shopping but if we cannot maintain a strong presence of brick-and-mortar shops in central London and in of the wealthiest areas of the city near St Paul's, what's the future plan!???
