Legitimately the worst pharmacy. I have to plan to wait in the pharmacy line for at least 20 minutes to pick up a prescription. They randomly put my prescriptions on hold alllll the time and tell me to call on the app. But when I call I’m on hold for 3-10 minutes and then I get hung up on, repeatedly. It takes approximately 5 calls and at least 30 minutes for them to tell me they’ve now put my prescription through. I’m never notified when my prescriptions are ready, I have to constantly check the app. It feels like a part time job to keep myself medicated with this place. I’m sure it’s because they are under staffed and under paid, so I blame CVS and not the I individuals but it’s legitimately infuriating to deal with.
