Great park for the Bronx but can do for a make over of the grounds and plant trees

The residents are the best and the building maintenance does a awesome job in cleaning the building and I mean a G.I type job. The concierge on duty Harry was great and very knowledgeable about helping and being helpful. He open the door for residents and help with their packages and luggage to the taxi. He made sure the building was safe and secure all night. Concierge extraordinaire⭐

Awesome to be in bk after all these years. So many fabulous stores. Also the area as great restaurants and housing
