I have practiced yoga at many studios across the country and this beautiful space (with such amazing teachers) offers more than you can imagine. Maria, the owner, opened this studio during such a challenging year and has successfully created a safe place for anyone, at any level, to come and bring their breath to the mat. The studio offers such a variety of classes from hot yoga, vinyasa, yin, barre, meditation and more! So anyone looking to find a supporting community, a personal pause from life’s chaos and/or explore something new, this is the place to be. I am grateful for this studio! Oh and the views from the El Granada location are breathtaking, whether it’s a sunrise, sunset, or fog over the harbor view!
